\nMain responsibility is to support world leading computer company`s customers via phone and email.
\nRequirements:
\n\u00b7 Very good spoken and written Norwegian or Swedish
\n\u00b7 English language skills on a medium level
\n\u00b7 At least secondary education
\n\u00b7 Strong customer service focus and communication skills
\n\u00b7 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
\nBasic technical computer knowledge: hardware\/ software (MS Word, Excel and control related software) is preferred.
