Customer Service Representatives (fluent in Norwegian or Swedish)
Main responsibility is to support world leading computer company`s customers via phone and email.
Requirements:
· Very good spoken and written Norwegian or Swedish
· English language skills on a medium level
· At least secondary education
· Strong customer service focus and communication skills
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic technical computer knowledge: hardware/ software (MS Word, Excel and control related software) is preferred.
